When juicing and making smoothies regularly, I feel it's important to rotate the leafy greens and veggies I use so I'll consume a real variety of nutrients. Endive might not be as familiar as kale or spinach, but its another bitter delight from the cruciferous family and it's full of good stuff. High in Vitamins A, K, and a variety of B vitamins, endive is a terrific cancer fighter, and also a powerhouse for eye health and cardiovascular health. This juice recipe is tart, light and refreshing without being overwhelmingly bitter. Enjoy!

1 green apple
3 broccoli florets
Rinse the produce to remove any dirt. Remove the core and seeds from the apple. Juice all of the ingredients and drink immediately.
